2. Meditation, Concentration & Visualization

Meditation is not just for Monks, Anyone who does meditation & visualization it helps a lot to improve mind & thinking skills. It stimulates all the mind senses. You can try it daily by a simple exercise like closing your eyes, sitting calm, focusing on your breath, consider yourself in a garden of apples, plucking a red apple and feel it in your hand, biting it and feeling its taste. This kind of daily meditation & visualization exercise will stimulate all mind senses in result to increase IQ level, thinking & logical skills.
3. Playing Logical games Like Sudoku & Chess
Memory and logic work side-by-side when you are playing Sudoku. We use our memory to memorize the numbers when we use our logic to figure out the next blank. Sudoku requires players to think strategically and solve problems creatively. Once you stop playing in the middle of the game, you have to start the whole thinking process, which helps you to develop your concentration power and re-focus skills. This kind of brain exercise help to stimulate the mind senses and helps to improve IQ level & logical thinking skills.

Same is the case with chess, we try to predict the moves of the opponent & try to think up to maximum levels (opponent moves) as we can. It increases our logical abilities and memory. In fact, a medical study showed that playing chess decreases the risk of dementia, as well as prevents its symptoms because playing chess develops brain functioning.

4. Increasing Vocabulary & Learning a new Language
Trying to memorizing new words is the best brain exercise to stimulate the mind senses. A foreign language is a whole new system of rules, grammar, structures lexis and words. Learning a new language means your brain has to cope with complexity as it makes sense of and absorbs new patterns. While we try to speak or listen/understand foreign language our brains at the same time work out for the meaning of that particular word which is being spoken, and it ends up in developing key learning skills such as cognitive thinking and problem-solving. A new language requires not only familiarity with vocabulary and rules, but also being able to recall and apply this knowledge. Learning a language gives your memory a good work out in the brain gym. This means that multilingual people have brains that are more exercised and quick to recall names, directions, facts & figures, solving logical problems and IQ Tests.

5. Do Cardio/ Participate in sports
IQ has a strong relationship with height, health, diet, and other physical attributes. these all attributes would contribute to being successful at sports & at the same time enhance mental abilities. According to How are IQ and interest in sports are related? "Overall, doing and attending sports are most popular with people who are a bit above average in brains, and decline in popularity as you look at dumber and smarter people." The claim is based on the General Social Survey, which was a large and representative national survey. Of course, this does not entirely answer our question that sports activities always increase IQ? as it's more about interest and not about being predisposed to be good athletes. But we can perceive that those guys who participate in sports & involve in excises their brain skills improve. It also doesn’t mean that all the athletes always have a higher IQ than the others. Because sports is not the only factor which can help to increase the IQ level. But there are many other factors too which determine the human IQ level. But it's true that a healthy lifestyle always helps us to stimulate brain senses, increase IQ level, memory & logical & mental abilities. If you make exercise, cardio & meditation a part of your daily lifestyle, It will help you a lot in your IQ Test Preparation & Tests.
